Dosage
Adults and Children over 3 years: Day 1: First use the chlorhexidine mouthwash, swirl in the mouth for 30 seconds and then expel. If the dosage regime is started within 24 hours of taking antibiotics then the mouthwash is not needed. Take the first Blis K12 lozenge 2 hours later and suck slowly in the mouth. Take a further 3 lozenges throughout the day, spaced 2-4 hours apart, preferably after food. Days 2 and 3: Repeat the dosage as per Day 1, using the mouthwash and then taking 4 lozenges over the day at 2-4 hour intervals. For best results and long term protection use as directed and repeat monthly.
