Dosage
Adults: Take 5gm (approximately 1 heaped teaspoonful) daily. Children 12mths - 5years: 1/4 teaspoonful twice daily. Children 6 - 12 years: 1 level teaspoonful daily. Mix with water or juice, or sprinkle on cereal. Take regularly for best results.
