Gymnema Sylvestre - has been traditionally used to suppress sugar cravings.
Guarana - The well-known Amazonian herb containing caffeine, the stimulant that may reduce apetite and act as a mild diuretic.
Brindleberry - containing Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) which may help to reduce the conversion of carbohydrates into stored fat as well as helping to reduce appetite.
