Purpose/Usage
Threadworm is the only common worm infestation in people in Australia and New Zealand and is highly contagious. The presence of tiny white threads around the anal region is a sign of threadworm infestation.
Common symptoms include itching around the anus, restless sleep, grinding teeth and irritability. If a family member has threadworms then each member should be treated. Before treating infestation should be present.
