Dosage
Administer by mouth 0.2ml per kilogram of body weight every 4 hours. A graduated dropper is enclosed. For children of average weight the suggested dosage is:
Every 4 hours:
1-2yrs: 1.5 to 2.5ml (only on medical advice).
2-4yrs: 2.5 to 3.5ml
4-6yrs: 3.5 to 5.0ml.
Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours.
Ingredients
Each 1ml contains: Guaiphenesin 20mg.
Purpose/Usage
Loosens and helps to clear chest congestion. Relieves coughing. Pleasant flavoured. Non-drowsy.
This product helps relieve chest congestion and coughs in children. It contains an expectorant to help loosen congestion so they can cough it up and get it off their chest.
Precautions
Do not administer to children under 12 months of age.
Not recommended for children under 2 yrs without medical advice.
If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours, tend to reoccur or are accompanied by a high fever, rash or persistant headache, consult a doctor.
