Purpose/Usage
Centrum is a multivitamin and mineral supplement which contains a comprehensive range of 27 essential vitamins and minerals. Centrum is a scientifically balanced formula which includes the combined benefits of folic acid, calcium, iron, the key antioxidants (betacarotene, C & E) and zinc.
Precautions
The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU. Taking more than 2500IU during pregnancy may cause birth defects. Selenium is toxic is high doses and shoudld not exceed 100 micrograms per day. Not intended for use in children unde 15yrs.
