What you can do:
Move your toes up and down when sitting for long periods . Frequently stand on tiptoe when standing for long periods . Walk and swim as often as possible . Wear comfortable clothes and shoes . Sleep with your feet higher than your head (approx. 5-10cm) . Give your legs a daily shower with lukewarm water, moving the spray nozzle in an upward direction from feet to groin.
