Purpose/Usage
Healtheries Women’s Multi is a high potency ‘one a day’ formulation of essential nutrients necessary for the special needs of women. It includes additional folic acid, iron, Vitamin E, and Evening Primrose Oil to help boost energy levels and maintain good health.
The minerals in this formula are chelated, i.e. they are attached to units of protein. This increases digestibility and absorption of the mineral by as much as 10 times.
