Dosage
Dosage
Adults: 1 - 2 tablets, 2 to 3 times daily.
Children (5 to 10 years): 1 - 2 tablets daily
Children (2 to 5 years): 5 to 15mg daily administered as 'Phenergan Elixir'

Promethazine Hydrochloride 25mg.
Purpose/Usage
Long-acting antihistamine for the relief of allergies including hayfever, allergic or itching skin conditions(e.g. eczema, dermatitis, hives); allergic reactions due to insect bites and stings and the relief of nasal congestion due to the common cold.
Precautions
Warning
This medication may cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol.
Not to be given to children under 2 yrs of age because safety of such has not been established.
