Herbal-Lax supports healthy bowel movements. Living a modern,
busy, stressful or indulging lifestyle can cause irregularity. Herbal-Lax
supports the body's ability to stay regular, detoxify and eliminate toxins.

Bowel habits can vary from person to person. If you have to strain to
defecate or pass hard stools more than three times a week, you may
benefit from Herbal-Lax. Herbal-Lax combines herbs that provide a
laxative effect to help relieve the discomfort associated with constipation.
Herbal-Lax gently assists cleansing of the bowel and provides healthy
functioning of the colon.
Ensure water intake is adequate. Drink at least eight 250ml glasses of
water per day. A diet containing plenty of fruit, vegetables, and cereal
foods that are high in fibre is essential. Reduce or eliminate highly
processed foods and coffee from diet.
Precautions
Do not use during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Prolonged use of laxatives is not recommended. Please see
your Health Care Professional if symptoms persist. Please seek
medical advice if you notice blood in your stool.
