Purpose/Usage
EPA, eicosapentaeonic acid, from Nordic Naturals provides 850 mg of EPA per serving.
Available only from fish or fish oil, this important Omega-3 fatty acid is recommended by doctors for heart health and immune support. EPA been widely studied for the treatment of cardiovascular disease, autoimmune conditions, arthritis, women’s’ health issues, and for general wellness. Although it is thought that the human body can make EPA from other dietary fatty acids, research has shown it does make it enough to fulfil our health requirements for optimal wellness.
This formula also supplies 200 mg of DHA, the omega-3 fatty acid most thought to protect and prevent against neurological conditions. Vitamin E and rosemary extract have been added for freshness and natural lemon oil for great taste!
Conditions which EPA formula is beneficial for include: all cardiovascular conditions: Angina, Altherosclerosis, high cholesterol, high blood pressure; and joint pain.
