Dosage
Adults: Take one capsule with a meal twice daily.
Children (under four years): 1/2 capsule with a meal, twice daily.
If a course of antibiotics is being taken, Kyo-Dophilus can be taken at least 2 hours apart during the course of the antibiotics and for twice the length of the antiobiotics course.
eg. Antibiotic course ten days, take Kyo-Dophilus for the 10 days of the antibiotic course and continue for another 20 days.

Each capsule provides 1.5 billion live cells at time of packing.

Gelatine capsule. Corn starch.
Purpose/Usage
Wagner ProBiotics Kyo-Dophilus is a formulation of three strains of bacteria: L.acidophilus, B.bifidum and B.longum. These species are three of the most prevalent bacteria in the intestines and are mutually compatible.
Together they assist the maintenance of healthy bacterial flora in the gut, which reduces the opportunity for the overgrowth of pathogenic bacteria, but helps maintain an environment suitable for the friendly bacteria needed to maintain gut health.
The three stains of bacteria found in Kyo-Dophilus are derived from human isolates discovered over 70 years ago are manufactured to the highest standards and widely used in many countries and hospitals since that time.
Kyo-Dophilus as a multi-strain product may be more benefical than single strains in balancing the intestinal flora.
