Dosage
Adults - Take one to two tablets, twice daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Allium sativum (Garlic) freeze-dried powder
equivalent to fresh bulb 400mg 134 mg
standardised to contain alliin 3.3 mg
equivalent to allicin 1.4 mg
Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) extract
equivalent to dry seed 100 mg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 250 mg
Purpose/Usage
Super strength Blackmores Horseradish, Garlix? + C combines four traditional therapeutic ingredients to help:
relieve the symptoms of hay fever and reduce the severity of symptoms of allergic reactions
temporarily relieve the symptoms of sinusitis by clearing the sinuses and reducing mucous congestion
relieve the symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections
Precautions
If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.
Consult your healthcare professional before use if you have had renal calculi (kidney stones). Ascorbic acid may increase the risk of recurrence of calcium oxalate calculi.
Discontinue use at least 2 weeks before surgery. Garlic may increase the risk of bleeding associated with surgery.
