Delivery Times

We promise to provide you with timely and accurate delivery of products.  Your online order will typically be processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of being received (working days only). If your chosen item is not available (not in stock) we will contact you promptly to provide an approximate delivery time and possible alternative.

Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders see below table (excluding the day placing the order) depending on the delivery country and shipping method selected.

These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, National Day, Easter and other holiday periods. Although netpharmacy.co.nz cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.

Please note that for first time customer, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to the verification process with bank for payment authorization and security control reason. You may check your order status in "my account records".

Within New Zealand Delivery (courierbag)
Delivery is available to PO Boxes and private Bags as well as to street addresses.

Delivery targets are a guide only. We do not guarantee your item will arrive at its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to some remote areas may take a little longer.

Please Note: Saturday Delivery is not available to Rural Addresses.

Overseas Delivery

Due to customs regulations - we are unable to provide express shipping.

Undeliverable Orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refusal by recipient.

a) The customer is responsible for the freight.
b) If the order is returned within 14 days in it original state we may issue a refund.

Delayed/Missing Orders

If you do not receive your order within the timeframe below please contact us at info@netpharmacy.co.nz and we will look into this for you.

NZ orders - within 5 working days of order being placed.
Outside New Zealand - within 15 working days of order being placed.

Once your parcel has been delivered according to the track and trace information, Netpharmacy will not be liable for parcels that go missing after this. We request you to arrange someone to be at home to receive the parcel or you can arrange it to be delivered at work.

Please note: that prescription orders to RD addresses will incur additional $2.95 due to the recent changes in freight by the courier company.
